LOXWOOD NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN UPDATE 2024

Public meetings last year setting out details of housing proposed by Chichester District for the Parish provided Loxwood Parish Council with the evidence they required to know the Parish supported the persevering of a revision to our existing Made Neighbourhood Plan which dates back to 2013 although Made on 14th July 2015. 
The Parish Council has begun this revision by appointing a Consultant Navigus Planning, applying for and obtaining funding for the Consultants initial review and advice and in addition, applying for Technical Support from AECOM to produce both a Design Code and a Housing Needs Assessment for the Parish.
As part of the process of commencing a review the Parish Council also want to set up a Steering Group made up of Councillors and Community members to work on the revision along with our Consultant.
