Chichester District Council has recently made it known to the Parish Council that they are investigating housing numbers scenarios for the North Eastern Parishes of Chichester District as shown in the attached letter.
This is to supplement the demand for housing in the District which they are unable to meet in the Southern District. Whilst the Parish Council has revised its Neighbourhood Plan to include the uplift in numbers that CDC requested some time ago, this allocation is now out of date as is the Neighbourhood Plan even before it went to referendum. The Parish Council are reviewing this turn of events before deciding how to respond. The detail of this will be presented at the Annual Parish Meeting on 25th April.
