September 25 PArish Council Update

ROW 3334603 – CONFIRMED AT APPEAL -Following a recent appeal regarding the decision to confirm the ROW 3334603, the order has been confirmed at an appeal hearing over the summer. The route runs through Pallinghurst Wood and has been used for many years.
 • The Order is dated 15 September 2023 and proposes to modify the Definitive Map and Statement (DMS) for the area by adding a footpath as shown on the Order map and described in the Order Schedule.

NORTH HALL PLAYGROUND
The Parish Council continues to explore ideas for improvements to the North Hall Playground and has received three quotes and designs for consideration at their meeting in October.  Once decided a grant from Chichester District will be applied for in December for a decision on this in January 26.
